These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites and forms operated by TruCasa Solutions LLC, doing business as RoofnGo / Roofngo ("we," "us," or "Roofngo"), including inspection interest forms and related communications for roof care in the Austin Hill Country area.

Services described

Our site and forms are for requesting information and scheduling related to roof rejuvenation, repairs, tune-ups, ventilation, gutters, and inspections. Content on the site is general information, not a warranty, guarantee, or fixed price quote. We do not invent warranties or pricing on this site. Any recommendation to restore or replace is discussed after inspection and before you are asked to commit financially.

Lead forms and appointments

When you submit the Roofngo Inspection Interest form (or similar contact forms) you ask us to follow up about an inspection or related service. Submitting a form does not create a contract for roof work until we agree in writing (or other clear confirmation) on scope and price.

Text messages (SMS)

By submitting our inspection interest or contact form with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Roofngo at the phone number provided, including appointment scheduling and service follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Standard carrier keywords apply. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an already booked appointment unless you also tell us by call or reply that you need to reschedule or cancel.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our forms or communications (including false contact information, spam, or attempts to disrupt our systems). We may decline or stop follow-up if misuse is suspected.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Roofngo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from informational content on the site. This does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law or under a signed service agreement for actual work performed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of our site or forms after an update means you acknowledge the revised Terms.
